The Drain & Septic Tank Treatment is a highly effective, natural wastewater treatment that prevents and reduces the build-up of fat, oil and grease in grease traps, drain lines and septic systems by augmentation of natural bacteria.

Product Applications:
Wastewater treatment systems rely on microbial activity to breakdown wastes such as fats, oils and greases (FOG) into simple salts, water and carbon dioxide. The principal problem with these systems is that they become overloaded by human activities and the micro-organisms present cannot degrade these materials quickly enough. Large amounts of FOG, poured down
a sink or drain, solidify and accumulate causing blockages and conditions that lead to the production of noxious odors. The DSTT optimizes the natural conditions found within wastewater systems such as grease traps, drain lines and septic tanks, allowing rapid biodegradation of FOG. This, in turn, reduces blockages and keeps noxious odors to a minimum.
